It can, but this edit can have the affect of not working as intended by not showing in the Affiliations as feeder club thus potentially going on to corrupt your save.  I strongly suggest you backup your save before you attempt to do any editing on your save with the RTE.

    Hmm.  I had a bash at doing it. I could select a start date and affiliation type but was unable to select a feeder club...???
