how do i remove injuries?

Hey.

 

Just got FMRTE for FM2012 today.  Am wondering, how do I go into a current game and remove injuries from players so that it saves?  IE Drogba is injured atm, and I unclicked the injury button in his name, but the game stil lshows up as him having a torn calf muscle.  How do I translate my edits into the game effectively?
