I have tried many times, including reinstall fm, reinstall fmrte, restart game,restart fmrte, restart computer,

OK.  Submit a Support Request in your Client Area stating your issue and BraCa will look into it as soon as he can.  Also, attach your error log to the request too.  Alternatively, you can post in the Bug Tracker.

This has happened before on rare occasions.  Your only option is to submit a Support Request and BraCa will produce a fix for you as soon as he can.

I have the same

Try loading your save into the software over and over again until FMRTE is forced to recognise your save.  That is what I did.
