I am currently using FM26 game 26.2.0.2276383 (m.e v26.2.0.0).

Managing Canberra United in the Womens A League in Australia. (Also managing Ebbsfleet mens team in England). I have won the A League 2 years in a row just starting my third season. My side has lost all its staff as their contracts lapsed and they left. I expected them to stay on month to month contracts. With the budget I have from the Board I am unable to sign anyone as Assistant Manager or coach for the first team. I have a full lot of staff for the reserves side. Is there any way to move the staff to the first team? If I try to renegotiate their contracts I encounter the same problem as trying to sign new staff, they want 800 as coach or 850 for AM and the Board wont let me pay more than 160 for coaches or 220 for AM.

I havent been able to work out how to move the staff to the main team and cant swap staff as I dont have any staff. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

edit finances wage budget,and max amount allowed etc

There may be something under the club vision-look for work within wage budget remove that/change it

You can then offer better contracts
