How to add a country to “Nations treated as non-foreign” in FMRTE 26?

Hello everyone, Fmrte family.

As a Turkish player, I’m having trouble with the foreign player regulation.
On FMRTE 26, how can I add a country to the “Nations treated as non-foreign” field?
I can’t see the “+” symbol.

    @culturedleftfoot I apologize for posting in the wrong forum section. Thank you for moving it to the correct one. I hope the developer will reply to me and release the appropriate update. @BraCa Because I am sure that many players in Turkey who play the Football Manager series are suffering from the foreign player issue.
