As it stands we cant add career plans to player/staff we can only edit IF they have some already in place

Please can the add career plan be added and if possible make it a preset option too

as usual the pre game editor is crap at mass editing it freezes even on 500 records to change[I have mass edited the whole DB in FMRTE in seconds]
