Switch divisions for any team on my current save

Hello! Can I switch divisions on teams in my current save with FMRTE? For example I want to add 3rd division team on first league and swap it with other team from the division. I know that I can do that with pre-game editor, but is it possible to do it on my current save? Thank you for your time!
