I'm upgrading some players' attributes in-game, but after two weeks, they're dropping even worse than they were originally. Is there a tweak for this? What should I do?

use the freezer settings [search the forum if unsure how to use]

I do not use this version but you should be able to allow certain attributes to go up/down and freeze what you want
