Moving teams between 2 unplayable leagues

I am in my 3rd season as 1860 Munich, now in the Bundesliga, and I want to move my B Team from the 5th league to the 4th league (both unplayable) so I can savescum the promotion to the 3rd playable league. Is this possible? FM24, licensed, using the newest version of both the game and the editor.
