I've been playing FM and buying FMRTE for years and I've noticed that transfer preferences in country settings don't have much of an impact. Previously, when you set the continent or world to 20, clubs would make mass transfers that were mostly good and quickly increased the level of a given country's leagues. Now I don't see anything like that. Is it because of FMRTE or FM24?
