how do i change rules of my domestic league like my foreign players or max/min amount of players allowed to be registered

you cannot changes specific rules with an IGE it has to be done using the pre game editor

thanks for the reply but ive done this in the editor and i saved it and tested it on the pre game editor and in the editor it showed the changes i made (i changed the foreign player rule) but when i load it up on fm in the rules section of my league it doesnt show the changes that i made in the pre game editor

give more info eg the league+rule change and game version you are using

yea so i saved it and started a new game and i loaded the leagues as usual im in the djibouti first division and i changed the foreign rule from 7-9 but when i loaded into my game and checked the rules it still stated 7 even tho my pre game editor file said otherwise (maybe because im on a custom db but i dont think that should matter in this case)

If rule change don't show in game report as a bug there

and you still have not stated the version of game you are using
