Hi there, first of all sorry for my english i know it's not perfect, i hope You will get what i want to say

 

For some reason when i set scout knowledge to max in FMRTE, it drops overtime - i do not know why. If scout has knowledge of for example 5 countries - all 5 bars are dropping overtime, all 5 at the sime time at the same speed.

 

Manager knowledge also drops - or even dissapear from the list - when i edit exaple my own character and add knowledge of country A,B,C the knowledge bars are vanishing after month in game or so

But ... there is always but - when i hire a for example Spanish scout who has knowledge of Spain, and countries A,B,C - the knowledge of Spain stays at level 100, other countries knowledge is dropping down

 

i have set "presenting data" frozen in freezing settings
