I dont think there is a contract happiness preset the action does show up in Action list but is nowhere when you search the attribute options

 

this is what unhappiness shows-0

contract happiness is this[the action details have the exact same wording] so that is wrong IMO 

unless the Dev has a hidden option that we cant see.
