How can I remove the annoying work permits for UK?

you can add settled status via relations tab

 

make player second nationality english /uk nation

 

the only  way to remove/ edit the rules directly is pre game using the pre game editor

Or another option, is when you use FMRTE  to move the player to your club, Tick ... HAS WORK PERMIT where that pencil it up the top

 

Also another option is to use FMRTE and go to your nation and change it to 0 years needed to gain nationality and also change to ACCUMULATIVE. Save the changes you have made. 

Oh I almost forgot, another option is to go to your first team squad in FMRT. Tick APPLY TO ALL. And then click on TRAINED AT CLUB and TRAINED AT NATION.
