Anyone else this is happening for?

I can change the substitution rules PRL, Carabao Cup, FA Cup etc. But it doesn't work for League Two.

Correct. When I view the rules for the league tab, it even says that it's changed.

But the change isn't happening, when I'm selecting my team or going into a match.

I'm finding that a little difficult, as the bug reporting section requires screenshots.

I don't know what I should take screenshots of in my case?
