Anyone else this is happening for?

I can change the substitution rules PRL, Carabao Cup, FA Cup etc. But it doesn't work for League Two.

It is. I'm playing in it

And the rules are being changed in the other leagues in game not just showing as changed in FMRTE

Correct. When I view the rules for the league tab, it even says that it's changed.

But the change isn't happening, when I'm selecting my team or going into a match.

I'm finding that a little difficult, as the bug reporting section requires screenshots.

I don't know what I should take screenshots of in my case?

a screenshot showing change in FMRTE and show sub rules not changing in game?

Oh, and it doesn't work with Carabao Cup either now.

Premier League still works fine.
