I just done this manually by exporting the scout and importing the scout. under the Knowledge JSON array. but anyway to edit by preset?

best option to save you time do one of your scouts in pre game editor to have knowledge of as many countries as you need then copy that page its the career plans tab, then paste/mass edit all your other scouts to have the same details😉

For those interested I have created this.

 

 

 

export your scouts from FMRTE to the scouts/ folder. run the program, it uses all the nations from FM24. Then re-import them back into FMRTE
