We can already edit Season ticket holders. Just edit that to maximum allowance depending on the amount of seats in the stadium. If your stadium has maximum 70k seats, then edit the season ticket holders to 70k. This is how I do it.

 

I also edit the minimum, maximum and average crowd attendances to also meet the maximum seats in the stadium.
