im on linux and it doesnt detect my game could this be because my fm24 is a epic game not a steam game?

There has been a licensing update to the game

if FMRTE needs to patched it will be by the Dev in due course

it says-

use your client area and submit a support ticket for help

they may wish you to submit a bug report but start with doing that
