My suggestion would be the ability to freeze the Match Preparation values.

 

Due to either it not working properly on FMRTE or FM's stupidity, match preparation randomly goes down, even while using the same tactic all season. Wich makes me question the logic behind it. The more we play a tactic, the more the players train specific tactics and roles, the stats go down instead of maintaining or keeping themselves at high values? 

 

In case you never noticed it, try putting the Match Prep at maximum values and play a while, when you see your team suddenly playing like shit, check the tab again and you'll notice that it suddenly lowered all values by absurd amounts.

Yeah, it would be impossible to freeze if there's not a possibility for it, but that side is not one I'm aware of! Hence it being a suggestion only!

 

And you're right, it's not an hardship to set it back to full, the problem with the Setting is that there's no clear way of seeing it before it happens.
