FMRTE for Football Manager 2012 not opening 'requires administrative privileges'

Hey guys, im a long time FM player and FMRTE user, im trying to play FM 2012 just for the good old days, but i cant use FMRTE (its the only FMRTE version that i cant use), got always the same error: "FMRTE v5.. requires administrative privileges to load your game", and its already on run this program as an administrator, and thats it.

Anyone know a fix for this? Searched a lot already and got nothing.

(i know this FMRTE is not the last version for FM 2012, just a screenshot cuz i tried ALL the versions already, same error)
