Hey all. I am new to making stuff. But low how maw made the tier 11 possible. he put in a city im from and i wanna make correct with log on shirts and 

but cant get it right. im sure i am doing something wrong, i just dont know what. Anyone around who could explain to me where to put all this diffrent files and does it matter when i use a "fixed" database. ( cos its a made one down to tier 10 in norway.  ( i just wanna help out with putting in stuff like staff and sponsor for team i know from my youth...
