Trying to bring in good players, and renew contracts but everyone wants a huge increase in wages during negotiation which the board states it is not allowed, is there an editor option to help for this , without using the swap option ?

you could renew existing contracts by just extending the end date and set it to desired wage

 

you can increase your finances/wages etc see if that helps and remove any board objectives re wages, it could be a league rule you havent stated anything regards that

NB make sure you are set as unsackable and select players always interested in joining too😉

they're demanding huge wages, because your have alot money sitting in your payroll's budget. pull all the money in your transfer bugdet, that will lower their demand.
