Any tips on making players interested in signing for your club?

 

I'm trying to sign a player and no matter what I do i can't make him interested.

I've increased my club reputation to 10000

Reduced his club's reputation to 1

Added myself to liked person 100

Added my club as liked 100

Made his current manager disliked 100

Made his current club disliked 100

 

Still won't sign for me

You are using fmrte 23? You haven't said 

If so use the new feature make all players interested it's in your managers profile page
