Current screen button doesn't work properly

in game be on the the career page of a player, this will work in FMRTE

the Dev is aware its been like this since Beta testing

Changed Game Version to 26.0.5

just tried it, works for the first trial (FM : player1 career page, FMRTE : Player 1), selecting a second player in FM26 and clicked on "Current Screen" icon still display the first one (FM : player2 career page, FMRTE : Player 1).

Worst, closed FMRTE, re started it, loaded FM game in FMRTE, clicked on "Current screen" : (FM Player2 career page, FMRTE : still and always Player 1)

definitively there is a problem locating the current FM player

current version : FMRTE 26.0.5-build 20, FM : 26.0.5 (can not find the full build version in FM26)

** edited second time **: after more testing, using "career" page of a player works fine ONLY in the FM Recruitment menu, but definitely doesn't work at all in the FM Squad menu.

tested it following your previous answer

I have the same problem and as others have discovered , the "career" page workaround only works 1 time. If you go to next player it stops working.

are you saying that regardsFMRTE?

fm26 is the most bugged game version ever it is a total mess

the Dev has done an amazing job getting FMRTE working with it

as said it is a known minor issue the Dev is aware

I'm not a moderator, just a regular user and FMRTE enjoyer.

Sorry, but we really need to show some respect to BraCa!

He had FMRTE 26 ready in no time, and not a stripped down version, but a program that was already 99% complete, even though the game itself is still totally bugged at this stage.

We're talking about a developer who has supported his program for years, listens to the community, and constantly tries to improve it for us, the everyday users.

He puts aside family, work, and other obligations just to deliver this awesome piece of software.

So please, let’s be a bit more patient and respectful towards him.

I think you dont understand what I tried to say

I always appreciate and respect to the BraCa dev team, I just want to experience a product that is worth my money, that's it

And please do not bring their family into this, it is irrelevant. I pay for FMRTE, of course I have right to complain about what I do and don't like.

You can say that if this is a charity program or the dev team do this for free. If they charged people, it is a JOB. He HAS TO serve me and others, like I have to do the same thing when I'm back to work.
