I'm trying to change a nations continent from Asia to Europe but it just directly switches back to Asia when re-opening that nation. How do I change it to Europe for good?

So first I open the Thailand nation tab on FMRTE to change the nations continent from Asia to Europe:

Steps:

1. I open the tab and can see that its continent is obviously Asia; https://gyazo.com/099b566bf38ecaa1b354dc4de8fa28d1
2. I click on "Asia" to change it to "Europe": https://gyazo.com/b1dfe09d54b9855ad5a0e4dea75455b4
3. I click on "Save changes..." after changing the continent from "Asia" to "Europe": https://gyazo.com/7d3449f184a6d9c0e49117263cbd0753
4. I close the "Thailand" tab to reopen it directly after to see if the changed has been saved: https://gyazo.com/c03d032ec414540fd0eb05962eb2ffe6
5. I reopen the tab and see that it still says "Asia" even after saving its continent to "Europe": https://gyazo.com/98cd5f9f26a543cd95cf713142875a99

So I'm still left wondering how do I keep the continent stuck at "Europe". I've tried several methods such as putting them in the EU etc but it still wont work. Much appreciated for the help, thanks!

Also, as you can see it's FMRTE 21 (21.4.0 to be exact)
