Youth Players not Registered for Youth Leagues

I'm playing with Bali United in Indonesia.

So I have invested in my Under-21 and under-18 teams. I have changed their names to the real youth players. Now I wanted my youth players of course to develop. But in both the under-21 as the under-18 teams my players are not registered for the under-21 and under-18 leagues so they are not playing any matches. They follow the criteria for the leagues as in having the right age. But there is no way I can register them. There is the registering tab under under-21 and under-18 but when I'm clicking on it, I can't register them. Is there something that I did wrong while using the editor or is there a way I can register them for the youth leagues under relations? Because 'Squad Registration' is only for the senior teams right?

Or is this a error in the game and can anybody recommend me another forum where I can get this fixed?
