swap staff wipes out an entire 4 years of career

more info required and you know the procedure for possible bugs

I deleted duplicate thread

i resigned and swapped myself with an another manager and now my previous team history all gone it's like i was unemplyed for 4 seasons

This could be an issue in game nothing to do with fmrte

Resigning is an in game feature 

After resigning how did you then swap ?

the other guy became unemployed

So you swapped 2 unemployed people what for?

 

no i swapped me the unemployed with the employed mnager at a team i want to join i took the job and he became unemployed
thats the only way it works and that wipes out any previous career

if i try to employ two employed managers i get the object error

I have told you before about  possible bug posting links are all over the forums

Follow that and be clear in your posts please
