To help with  your issue can you try the tips outlined here as these help resolve many issues.

After trying them can you please report back and post in your thread if any point helped with your problem.

If none of these tips helped copy the tips 1-9 template below and paste in your thread with a yes/no answer  as soon as possible.

Tips to try to resolve possible bugs

1.Run as administrator- to do this right click on the app and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

2.Download the current version/s-

 FMRTE 17 for Windows 17.3.1.19

 iFMRTE 17 for macOs 17.3.1.20

3.Reboot your system

4.Debug mode-  Open FMRTE Go to FMRTE Settings and enable 'DEBUGMode'

5.Clear cache- via your user AppData in Windows C:\Users\HEREYOUR USER DETAILS HERE \AppData\Roaming    and find FMRTE file.

For Mac https://macpaw.com/how-to/clear-cache-on-mac

6.Fresh install of fmrte

7.Clear cache FM17(version being used)-

8.Verify game integrity FM17(version being used

Restart your computer and launch Steam.

From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.

Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.

Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

NB clearing the cache can result in your preferences being reset to default so back up those settings prior to trying this. Also make a note of your FMRTE license(details can be found in your client area) should you have to enter it again.

We recommend you always back up your saved game and any other files you want to prior to trying these tips

Nb only staff to post threads in bugs forum

Can you post a screenshot of your game

Build that version doesnt sound right

Its via game status

And are you in the si beta test option

Can you also try changing currency to £ in fmrte and game too

Cheers

I would send better screenshots, but stupid limit of 50 kb (!!!) per post makes it impossible. Bug tracker posts shouldn't have any limit.

Game version is 17.3.1f939048 (m.e v1704)

FM is 17.3.1 (build 19)

I have no idea what's "si beta test option", which probably answers your question.

I've changed currency in game and in FMRTE. It didnt' change anything.

Ok

I have installed fresh FM17 and FMRTE (latest version after patch) on a new computer (had that opportunity) and problem still exists. So for now all listed points you can set as "YES".

ok moving to bugs forum for dev team

I am sure you are on new version of FM 17.3.2 and FMRTE 17.3.2.21

if not update to those just in case it fixes it

cheers

Yep, newest possible version.

Hi,

Can you please share you savegame with us, so we can try to replicate it here?

Thanks

I'm having this problem too, it seemed to happen when i was moving players to club, i didn't know you could transfer players and was just using the move to club feature when it started duplicating players. So i made the players contract expire and released from club and then moved them back using FMRTE it seemed to do the trick apart from i noticed the players contract when i moved him back had 3 appearance fees 1.£ -1295000000 2. £1295000000 3. £1295000000. I obviously offered a new contract as im not up for paying over a billion a match however when the new contract was accepted it set my wage bill to 500 mil a week. I've since set one player to earn minus 1 bil a week but yet to see if it works.
