Preset Question: Any way to get a Preset to ignore a player?

Follow-on (ish) from a previous thread I made.

I've got a Preset I use, just to improve the competitiveness of some lower leagues, it basically just increases CA to 100 and PA to 140.

Is there a way for me to make it so it would ignore players who already have 100+ CA and/or 140+ PA or if they are above a certain age?

    Probably not, because it requires a good script logic and i think fmrte dont have it because it is unnecessairy.

    What you can do is filter this players, freeze then apply your preset and then unfreeze.
