I know you can use the "swap players" function to get players from other clubs in your squad but haven't figured out a way to do the same for players who are currently without a club. Is there a way to do this? I ask because often free agents won't even negotiate with me (i.e they say they aren't interested and I don't get the opportunity to offer a contract).

Edit their relations. Make them like you, your team, etc.

 

You can also lower their stats, their reputation, etc. and then once you sign them, restore it to the original values. If I'm a lower league team, free agents who played top-level football won't sign with me for obvious reasons. But if I make all their stats and reputation to 1, they'll sign with me for like 100 euro. Just backup their profile and then restore it afterwards to do this easily. Takes one click with FMRTE.

You don't need to reduce player's stats to 1, you can improve your team's reputation to some like above 9000 and improve your league's reputation to 150+; If this won't help you can try reducing player's reputations to 1 and add your team as "like team" in their relations, it could also help if you add yourself as player's agents "like person" relation.

It would be great if FMRTE could implement this in the game!
