Cant register player for League

When im Swaping a player and then need to register him (unr) I got to relations and picking League reg... and Squad reg... (picking my team) but it says : "An unexpected error occurred , if this problem continues please send the error.log file that was created im FMRTE folder to [email protected]  ERROR MESSAGE : LEAGUE REGISTRATION"
