Same issue....have to use the touchpad to scroll around player stats. Only started happening when I upgraded to Yosemite

We had fixed this a few days ago (we are waiting for some feedback from some users), but you can try it right now..

 

Just uninstall iFMRTE 14 from your Mac, download it again from http://www.fmrte.com/download/ifmrte14 and it should be working
