Hi,

I seem to have the same problem now. And only now after so long since build 35 was updated on my one and only PC running FM2014 and FMRTE 14.

I have my version of FMRTE set to auto-update, and since when build 35 was released, I've been using it with no problems until today when I tried to do a "Heal Team", it gave me the dreaded "This version does not allow this feature...blah blah blah" message. I checked my Settings page and realised my copy was somehow miraculously "un-activated". So I went to my client area, got my activation code, and did the necessary. Then I went back to my client area to check, and lo and behold, it shows my code used twice, and now I have only 2 more left. Does this mean the update took one activation or it didn't? I attach a screenshot for reference.

I've been a staunch supporter of BraCa since the days of FMRTE version 3, and God knows how long that's been, and I hope this is looked into and clarified, and resolved if necessary. Thanks.

I've masked out my license code for obviouse reasons and also did it to part of my IP address for security reasons. Now I'm no IT security expert and I don't know what anyone can do with an IP address but given today's general IT security climate, I'd rather err on the safe side.

Ok guys, I just realised, the activation for updates did not affect my number of actual activations.

Refer to my earlier post with the embedded image, though the number of activations shown in the bottom half says "2", the top portion where it lists the number of activations left still shows 2. If I'm not wrong, there's a total of 3 activations for the FMRTE 14 license. So technically, I only used up 1 activation.

Is this the same for the rest of you?
