Everytime I try to update it just keeps popping up with "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." and the update fails. I've tried turning my computer off and firewall but i still can't update.

 

please help. Thank you!

    When you are running FMRTE, what else is running in the background? Maybe your anti-virus is causing the issue.  Also try running the software in the Run as Administrator mode.
