FMRTE and Football Managers version Question

Hi I have a question regarding FMRTE I bought the football manager editor on release day. I do like that you can transfer player to club. But I also Like FMRTE Because you can freeze changes.

 

So will it  still be possible to use FMRTE. (Without using the football manager version) and could they be used together by that I mean For example I am Manchester United I could use the Football Manager in game editor to transfer Lionel Messi to Manchester United the Use FMRTE for the rest.

 

Would the second option cause confliction and cause the game to freeze or would it simply not load if the over one is running.
