The short answer is you can't.

 

iFMRTE 13 was released after there had already been some patches for FM released. BraCa stated in a different thread that there wouldn't be a version released for the earlier patches of FM. It sucked because it effectively meant there was no iFMRTE for FM13 for anyone that couldn't update their game.

 

Hopefully the same doesn't happen with this years release.
