I know I can add Relationship- Another Nationality and then to make the player "local" , but I wanted to know is there any other way? Like to change days he is already in country?

Thanks a lot, it helps to make them eligible, but I think in registration, they are still foreign players and I can't register more then 3 for example. I thought they will get the second nation after that time and become non-foreign players

They won't automatically get it, they will still need to apply for it and not every player will apply.

To go around what you want, it would be best to add a second nationality directly through FMRTE.
