Hi, everyone. Can somebody explains to me the freezer setting?

I see that that there are column for attributes to ignore but I also see the "attributes can increase" check box. If I checked the box, what happens to the attributes to ignore? Will the opposite happen?

Should I also set the general information of the player to be ignored because it seems that their age, reputation, conditions and values will freeze?

Can anyone enlighten about this feature?
