Hi, I have three questions regarding the use of licenses:

1. From what I understand, a license is limited to 3 activations. However, this limit does not apply to activations on the same machine. My question is this: does the program recognizes it is the same machine when you have reinstalled Windows or changed some hardware in your PC? For instance, some months ago I reinstalled Win11 on one of my laptops because I got a virus and it was easier and faster to simply do a clean reinstall. In such a case, does one need to deactivate FMRTE first before deleting the OS or FMRTE will recognize it is the same machine when it is reinstalled in the new Windows OS?

2. If someone wants to install FMRTE offline, you get a key file from the website. If I want to install offline on a second PC, do I need to generate a second key file or the first one can be used again?

3. If the owner of the site decides to close shop and FMRTE website ceases operation at one point, what happens with the activations?
