Done everything it will not update

Hi guys i never post because i never have a issue but now the update will not update and now wont allow me to enter my code without the update so fmrte does not work ive

reinstalled the hole caboose but still i get nothing now i cant use at all ive tried others suggestions again nothing any help pleae
