Hi guys.

New to the editor.

My issue is that I can't hire any U18 staff because the club only allows $100 wages and every single staff wants 450.

How can I resolve this?

I want to either add an U18 staff member, change the wage demands of free agent staff or maybe increase the amount of wages the board will let me spend on coaches.

Some help would be greatly appreciate, as I have to manually play/sim u18 games atm.

Thanks

you can increase the overall wage of the club.

2 Options

  1. Export the Staff Profile First - Edit his Reputation to 1 & offer him job - He will accept much lower wage - When he joins your club you can import back his profile and tick mark "Is retiring after spell at current club" - This will make him stay with you and always rejecting other clubs offer.

  2. Take a very bad coach and import the profile on him or edit his attributes to match the stats you want.
