Adding graphics to Console version (on pc via gamepass)?

Morning guys, is it possible to add graphics to gamepass version of the game whilst playing on laptop/pc? I can't find the folder where there would be graphics places. With older touch versions it was in documents folder.

Also is it possible to edit league names, team names like you can do it other versions of FM in this version? Thanks
