What do they mean tho? “Is potential move” what does it do and why is it unchecked? “Likelihood of stadium move” is at -1, what does that mean? What should I set it to if I want the team to move to the this new stadium? And what does “stadium rental cash amount” and “future stadium development fund” do and what should I set it to?

    If you check that means that you want to move. 

    Likelihood of stadium move i think the max value is 20.
