i have a question if changing potential number is ok and work or i must change something else?

hello i started a save with burnley just now but the 3 wonderkid got very little potential and make me sad because i like to develop club players who did well in real life

 

if i go to theys in fmrte and increase potential from 134 to 175, 128 to 170 and 137 to 160 and save this is ok? or i need change something else?

 

wonderkids i want change is : odobert wilson, koleosho luca, james trafford,
