Is there any option on FMRTE to make sure a player becomes a staff after he is done with playing?

Hi

If you set his career plans to something like this

then in every test I have done the player on retiring stays in game as a coach/manager etc

 

see he now has player and staff profiles so he is staying in game 

also there is the suggestion thread

vote for new features there

 

a week later, he is also studying for better coach qualifications too

NB you can only edit career plans if the player already has some showing

I do this pre game just to be sure so for players like Ramsey who I think will remain in the game
