Unable to change Continent for a Nation

Steps:

1. I open the tab and can see that its continent is obviously Asia; https://gyazo.com/099b566bf38ecaa1b354dc4de8fa28d1
2. I click on "Asia" to change it to "Europe": https://gyazo.com/b1dfe09d54b9855ad5a0e4dea75455b4
3. I click on "Save changes..." after changing the continent from "Asia" to "Europe": https://gyazo.com/7d3449f184a6d9c0e49117263cbd0753
4. I close the "Thailand" tab to reopen it directly after to see if the changed has been saved: https://gyazo.com/c03d032ec414540fd0eb05962eb2ffe6
