Preset feature not working correctly

Set up a preset to increase the number of season ticket holders as below

I am in pre season and the update from the board is 2000 sold 

I have ran a few tests and the number doesnt increase to what the preset is

I am using the current versions of game/Fmrte and running app as suggested
