"Obtaining License From Server" for ever

Suffering from the same ^^ i suspect something is dodgy on their end

Can you please do thise:

• Open FMRTE and go to Settings
• Enable Debug mode, and press save
• Try to activate FMRTE

Wait 1 minute or so, and then close FMRTE, and attach here the error.log file (it should be located here: C:\BraCa Soft\FMRTE 20)

It's currently standing for 2hrs on "Checking for updates..." without any changes.

Hi BraCa, the installation by offline worked, so I think it's okay if I do it like that by now.

I'm glad the offline activation worked.

But can one of you help me testing if this new experimental version (build 41) solves your problem?

FMRTE 20.4.1.41-Setup.exe

To test it, just do this:

• Open the your current version of FMRTE and deactivate it in FMRTE Settings
• Install this new experimental version
• Run the new version, and try to activate it using the online activation method.

Let me know if it works, if it doesn't please attach here the error.log file

Having the same problem, cannot activate online nor offline.

Tried to download the one above also and makes no difference. Worked fine before last update. 

When i try online, it just stays on the same thing for ages and ages but never seems to obtain the licence, if i try offline it just freezes once i click next after entering my code.

Currently unable to download it, but everything is working fine at the moment, when i'll return on my pc (only got my laptop now) I'll try to help with that file.

Nope, sadly the new version hasn't solved the problem for me, other than the offline activation option no longer freezers, it's just now the same infinite loop as the online activiation.
I've never had any issues before this one, but will definitely be downloading a file, once I am able to avoid this happening again.

I'm sad that it's not working yet, in order to find out why it doesn't work for you, can you please try to do this:

• Open FMRTE
• Go to FMRTE Settings
• Enable the Debug mode
• Press Save
• Close FMRTE
• Re-open FMRTE and try to activate
• Let it run for a few minutes
• Then if there is no error message or if it keeps running, close FMRTE
• Attach here the error.log file (usually it's located at C:\BraCa Soft\FMRTE 20)

Hi there,

After updating to latest version (20.4.1.41), suddenly FMRTE tells me to get a valid license key again (while I have activated and been using for nearly 2 months). Last time I used my PC (8 hours ago) I still could use it normally.

I tried Activate option again (online and offline) but the result is a message telling me that the key has reached maximum times of activation.

Tried debug mode as above to no avail.

Now I'm at a loss on what to do...

Please do not hijack other issues that are not related with your problem.

Anyway, you have to submit a Reset Request through your Client Area.
