FMRTE wont runn at all after update 23.3.0

So I've updated FMRTE and now it won't run at all. When I double click icon nothing happens, also tried with run as administrator but that didn't work for me.  Than I tried to uninstall and delete folder and installed it again but that also dint work. Solution?

    It worked but only for one use. On 17.03. I have done it and than worked, but yesterday I've tried it again and then the same thing happened. So i had to uninstall and delete all files, install and register again. 😬

     

    EDIT:

     

    Now I tried it, same thing again.
