crash dumps

good evening. I am attaching the latest crash dumps that occurred. 
Whenever I make a change the game crashes. Only today in two hours did I have 3 crashes. 
FMRTE I open it as administrator, I follow all the rules, but it always crashes.
 What can I do? thank you

    Hi,

     

    Thank you for reporting this issue.

     

    We have found an issue with some staff (or players) contracts that when edited could result in a game crash.

     

    This will be fixed in our next release (build 37)
